I'm happy to see the Mets are showing some spine and are fighting back in this game. David Wright is THE MAN. He single handily is carrying and dragging the Mets though this game. He has 3 hits, stolen a base, walked, and made at least a few steller plays in the field.
As I write this the Mets are ahead by 1 run, and the bases are now loaded again. Hopefully Delgadud can get a hit and put an end to this nightmare in Phillie. He needs to get a hit, and end his miserable hitting streak. He's just grounded out and another run has scored. Now if Green can get another hit the Mets should be safe for awhile. Unless Willie brings in Mota.
